Our Covid-19 Prevention Policy

Today, amid the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are working hard with our courier and fulfilment service AAS in the safest way possible to deliver your La Martina order as quickly as possible.

 

Delivery Timings:

We are proud to offer an express service globally with our trusted shippers AAS. With the reduction of commercial flights to and from heavily hit areas however, delivery times may be a little longer than you would normally experience. We are doing everything we can to make sure orders arrive as soon as possible – however, our website is very busy and we expect some international deliveries will take longer due to local government restrictions.

 

How We Pick & Pack:

We appreciate the level of concern that the Covid-19 virus has generated. With this in mind, all of our warehouse team adhere to the latest guidance from Public Health England (PHE), when they go about their work.  Strict safety measures remain in place in our Distribution Centre to ensure that both our customers and our global workforce stay safe.

 

Delivering to you:

All of our trusted delivery drivers are wearing gloves and have been instructed to place parcels in a safe place where possible, as opposed to direct handovers. Items returned during this period will be quarantined for 72 hours in line with government guidelines.
